Privacy policy

This policy explains how NEXOTECH (https://nexotechinf.com (opens in a new tab)) processes the personal data of people who visit the site or contact us. It was drafted with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law in mind.

2. What data we process and why

a) Browsing the site

This is a static website: there are no user accounts, comments or forms. When you visit:

  • The hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc., via Cloudflare Pages) may log technical connection data — IP address, browser, page requested — to provide the service, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
  • Fonts are served from the site itself, without requesting data from third parties.
  • We currently use no analytics tools. If any are added, they'll be described here and in the cookie policy before being enabled.

b) Contact by email

If you email us, we process your email address and message in order to reply.

  • Legal basis: your consent in writing to us and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in answering.
  • Retention: as long as needed to handle your message, for a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation requires longer.

c) Advertising

If advertising is active, Google (via AdSense) and its partners may process data such as cookie identifiers, IP address or browsing information to serve ads, measure their performance and, if you consent, personalise them.

Current status: advertising is not active. The site shows no ads and loads no advertising scripts. Before enabling it, this policy will be updated and a certified consent management platform enabled.

3. Recipients and international transfers

  • Email provider: Google (Gmail).
  • Google (if advertising is active).

Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where so, transfers rely on GDPR mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare and Google state that they rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing nachomasedacanseco@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy".

If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the relevant data protection authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es (opens in a new tab)); in the UK, the ICO; or the authority in your country.

5. Children

The site isn't specifically aimed at children under 14, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

6. Security

We apply reasonable security measures: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), no user databases, and third-party services limited to those strictly needed.

7. Changes to this policy

If our data processing changes — for example, when advertising or analytics is enabled — we'll update this policy and its review date.
